It has been reported to us that some people/entities claim to have an association with EnviroChem Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. and are pursuing business/careers by making false claims.
If any such communication is received/noted, you are advised to:
• Check the identity/credentials of the claimer and get it verified by us through email
• Inform us immediately, giving the details of the received/noted communication through email
ESPL shall not be liable concerning any loss or damage caused to any entities/stakeholders directly or indirectly regarding the recruitment of such people, and information, goods, and services supplied by such people/entities.

EnviroChem Services (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. wishes to inform visitors, customers, vendors, and the general public that multiple incidents of theft, unauthorized entry, and vandalism have occurred at our Registered Office located at Plot No. 15 & 16, GIDC Pandesara Road, Pandesara, Surat - 394 221, Gujarat (India). These incidents include tampering and destruction of CCTV systems and loss/damage of company property.

Ltd. maintains this section to communicate its stated commercial recovery matters and outstanding payment positions in the interest of corporate transparency and record-keeping. The entries below reflect positions asserted by the Company and are subject to supporting documentation, reconciliation, responses from the concerned parties, and applicable legal proceedings. They should not be interpreted as independent findings of wrongdoing or confirmed judicial liabilities.

They represent disputed commercial positions, not determinations by a court or tribunal. The Company reserves its lawful rights and does not treat any listed claim as an adjudicated debt merely because it appears here.
Corrections & Right of Response:
Any person or entity concerned by an entry may seek clarification, submit a response, provide evidence of payment or settlement, or request correction by emailing servicesenvirochem@gmail.com. Requests will be considered against the relevant records.
