Profit-Sharing, Performance Bonuses, & Festive Bonuses:
We share our profit with our employees, irrespective of the performance through our profit-sharing benefits. We provide all our employees, full-time and part-time, hourly, and salaried a performance and festive bonuses, apart from legislative requirements. By doing so, every year, we share about 80% of profits with employees.
